Hi, I’m a PhD biochemist available to tutor you or your kid in their Biomedical/Science-Technology-Engineering-Math class! In person or online.

$50/hr standard fee for my level of education/skill. incl. travel time.

Think you’ll need help with final exams this December? I have a primary job until the end of November, and am applying to professorships to start on the west coast probably in spring/fall 2019, so that leaves a perfect gap to overlap with your final exam preparations. If you’re interested in that specifically then please specify that request and give your contact info for my exam prep client list.

Based out of Bethesda MD but I have a car, can come to you or public library or my house or online, flexible schedule. It helps if you have a flexible schedule too because sometimes last minute things come up with my research and volunteer work.

Me: I have my degree from Johns Hopkins and work experience includes biotech at Boston Scientific, patient care at a hospital in South Africa, and laboratory research at the National Institutes of Health. Teaching experience ranging from elementary school to graduate school levels! In a variety of capacities incl one-on-one, small group, and classroom teaching. I’m personally a visual/hands-on learner but I can work with students of any learning style including lots of experience with dyslexic students. I’m passionate about beauty in nature, scientific logical thinking, research ethics, and biomedicine in the global economy. My research has been widely published and presented internationally, and has won many awards and funding grants. My expertise includes biochemistry, cell biology, molecular biology, genetics, microbiology, physiology, pharmacology, etc. Full resume available upon request.
